Step 1. Apply your Customer-Opportunity Score to generate ongoing opportunities

  • Define the most pressing problems impacting their business—that they haven’t verbalised yet.
  • Pinpoint and prioritise emerging demand for innovation that will shape your growth—before your competitors hear about them

Step 2: Monetise new opportunities

Align leadership teams, employees and customers around a shared trajectory of progress.

Step 3. Update your Customer-Opportunity Score every 9-12 months

Step 4. Track your Score's impact on revenue growth

Repeat steps 1 to 3 to keep pace with opportunities. Algorithms score and rank customer responses across 4 score range bands to predict the impact of this on your revenue and growth rate in the next 12-18 months. The lowest scores are in Range Band 4 (<5) and at the opposite end of the spectrum, Range Band 1 is home to the highest scores (>8), where customers have strong expectations of your company’s ability to meet their changing needs.

Step 5. Prepare to promote your solutions on the Innovation Marketplace

Growth Predictor’s Innovation Marketplace is a platform for B2B customers looking for future-ready solutions. To showcase your solutions, a qualifying Customer-Opportunity score of 7.5 out of 10 from at least 10 customers is required. The Innovation Marketplace will be launched in July 2026.
