Add a New Measure of Future-Revenue Strength—Before Conventional Data Reveals the Effects
Revenue Formation Intelligence™ measures the direction and magnitude of ongoing change in company future-revenue strength 12–24 months before before conventional financial, credit or market datasets reveal their effects.
The Growth Predictor Score™ converts this into a common comparative measure—making it embeddable across datasets, analytics and benchmarks.
Evaluate a New Predictive Data and Scoring Layer
The Unresolved Problem
Data and analytics providers increasingly compete on the distinctiveness, predictive value and commercial utility of the intelligence they provide. Yet most company intelligence is still derived from financial, market, operational and alternative data generated after underlying changes have begun.
What is largely missing is independently measured evidence of:
- what customers are likely to value next;
- where new revenue opportunities are emerging; and
- whether a company has the organisational capacity to adapt, innovate and execute strongly enough to capture them.
By the time these changes become visible in conventional company data, much of their predictive value may already have been absorbed into existing analysis and market expectations.
What the Evaluation Tests
Selected data and analytics providers are invited to evaluate the extent to which Upstream Revenue Intelligence™, converted through the Growth Predictor Score™, adds a differentiated and decision-relevant predictive layer to existing company and market intelligence—specifically:
- the extent to which it reveals material changes in future revenue strength earlier than conventional company data;
- the extent to which it consistently distinguishes stronger and weakening future-growth companies;
- the extent to which the resulting signal improves company screening, research, portfolio analysis and client decision-making; and
- the extent to which it creates a scalable new data, scoring, benchmarking or index capability.
The evaluation is based on two critical predictions: customer-validated Revenue Durability™ and measured Future Revenue Creation Capacity™. Together, they measure the upstream opportunities and organisational drivers from which future revenue will be generated and test the extent to which this evidence adds predictive value beyond existing company and market datasets.
If demonstrated, the methodology could be integrated into a participating provider’s existing data platform and client solutions through a provider-branded Growth Predictor Score™, sector- or universe-specific Growth Predictor Indices™, or new screening, benchmarking, risk and opportunity-identification capabilities.
The New Predictive Data and Scoring Dimension Under Evaluation
The Growth Predictor Score™ consolidates customer-validated Revenue Durability™, measured Future Revenue Creation Capacity™, Leadership Growth Effectiveness™, predicted future revenue and growth rate, and benchmarked future growth position into a common forward-looking measure.
The Alpha Initiative™ evaluates, strengthens and qualifies companies against this standard through three distinct, progressive phases. Phase 1 — Two Critical Predictions is described below.

Institutional Question
How effectively can customer-validated Revenue Durability™ and measured Future Revenue Creation Capacity™ add a differentiated forward-looking intelligence layer to existing company and market data—revealing material risks and growth opportunities earlier, while establishing measurable Future Revenue Growth Expectancy?
The two critical predictions
Revenue Durability™
Revenue Durability™ is a customer-validated, predictive measure of a company’s revenue resilience over the next 12 months.
It reveals threats to existing revenue, retention and expansion opportunities, and continuing demand for innovation.
Future Revenue Creation Capacity™
Measures an organisation’s collective ability to Adapt, Innovate and Execute the value required to generate, capture, and convert customer-validated opportunities into new revenue and sustainable growth over the next 24 months.
The measure, grounded in the entrepreneurial behaviours, provides a practical guide to the internal capability required to recognise opportunity, respond to change, create new value and turn that value into results.
Phase outcome: A forward-looking growth baseline revealing previously unseen revenue risks, growth opportunities and organisational constraints—providing a new predictive evidence layer for company research, screening, portfolio analysis and institutional decision-making.
Evaluate the Decision Value of Upstream Revenue Intelligence™
The evaluation tests the extent to which this new proprietary upstream evidence strengthens existing company intelligence and creates differentiated value across research, screening, portfolio analysis, benchmarking and client solutions.
The underlying concepts have already demonstrated practical value through early applications with corporate banks, insurers and manufacturers.
We are now inviting selected data and analytics companies to evaluate Phase 1 against a specific client, research, screening or data-product use case.
The evaluation typically involves:
- a small, jointly selected cohort of companies—potentially drawn from an existing client portfolio, market universe or research population;
- a 60-90 day comparison of Alpha findings with existing information and professional judgement;
- minimal systems integration and controlled use of consented data;
- no commitment to deploy, license, invest or continue unless material value is demonstrated.
