This establishes their initial Revenue Durability Score™, a customer-validated measure from which revenue retention, expansion potential, and innovation demand is predicted.

This provides the foundation for the other Predictive Intelligence metrics and insights.

We are confident the assessment will reveal immediate and meaningful customer intelligence, revenue opportunities, or revenue risks that are not visible through conventional reporting, and that align with The Alpha Advantage. If not, we will continue working with you and your client company until it does. This guarantee applies to all Predictive Intelligence Assessments.
Following the assessment, your clients decide whether to continue with a Customer Validation Visibility ™ subscription and the other metrics that constitute the The Alpha Programme. There is no obligation to proceed after the initial assessment.
Application
Application of the intelligence to enhance company and portfolio performance is ongoing using the detailed analysis provided.
Repeat Measures
Repeat measures can be done at any time, however we recommend repeat measures mirror, where possible, the timing of Growth Predictor Index ranking updates to be released every 9 months. The rankings timetable is designed to offer participants a transparent competitive comparison over the next 3 years and beyond.
