Step 1: Showcase your company's Solutions and Unique Capability—for free

Showcasing your company on the Future-Ready Marketplace™ with access to its growth solutions and opportunities is free. From the day you register, the platform promotes your company to a growing audience of B2B companies looking for future-ready solutions. Your company’s Solutions and Unique Capability are uploaded from your private platform (see button below), which takes only a few minutes to do, and does not require a Customer Expectation Score before being published. Step 2: Generate and promote your Customer Expectation Score™

Your free onboarding, with support from your dedicated Growth Predictor Partner, includes ratings from 10 customers on their “Expectations of your company as an Innovative Problem Solver”. This single metric which gives you powerful new insights into your customers’ growth plans and your company’s capability to meet their needs, is also used to determine your company’s ranking in the Future-Ready Marketplace™ search tables. You can also use this new AI powered metric to gain insights into their changing needs, and to forecast your revenue growth and track your innovation impact — all from the very start. 

Each customer scores your company from 0 (low) to 10 (high) based on their confidence in your company’s ability to deliver forward-thinking solutions, adapt to their emerging needs, and lead in your industry. Our proprietary algorithm calculates your Customer Expectation Score with detailed new intelligence on your future opportunities and revenue

Each Customer Expectation Score™ received by a customer reveals: 

  • Solution Relevance – How relevant your current solution is to their changing needs
  • New Opportunities – How likely are you to uncover new opportunities through engagement with that customer.
  • Competitor Risk – How likely the customer is to seek solutions from a competitor instead.

The more customers that rate your company, the more valuable this new business intelligence becomes.

Step 3: Maximise your Ranking

Although your company’s Solutions and Unique Ability will appear on the platform from day one, to become a ranked company, you must receive a Customer Expectation Score™ of 6.5 or higher from at least 10 customers and consent to make your ranking public.

Achieving and maintaining a high ranking based on your company’s Customer Expectation Score™ will ensure visibility and selectivity in customer searches. This is accomplished in three ways using our technology:

  • Adding more customers and ensuring your score is current (6-9 months), demonstrates customer demand for your solutions.
  • Improving your score “as an innovative problem solver” demonstrates the future-readiness of your solutions.
