Ranking scores range from 6.5 (minimum) to 10 (maximum). Some companies have already achieved ranked status, while others are progressing through the evaluation process. Rankings are updated continuously to reflect real-time performance and customer validation.

Our customer expectations measure which determines a company’s ranking, generates new intelligence, enabling smarter collaboration and new levels of market opportunity.

Access to the Future-Ready Marketplace™ platform is free

Showcasing your company on the platform, and access to our powerful search features is free. There is no obligation to move to our paid options. Your registration includes a free Customer Expectation Score from 5 customers to enable you to gain new strategic intelligence from them and to start developing your initial ranking. 

First 60 days

The first 60 days is your setup period where you add new customers to your Customer Expectation Score and you learn how to apply the new business intelligence generated from them. Your Growth Predictor Partner supports you in this strategic process. Adding new customers is done on a pay-as-you-go basis during this period. The price per added customer ranges from £10 to £30 per added customer depending on the number added.

Supporting Technology Subscription

At the end of the 60 day setup period, the pay-as-you-go payment basis is changed to a subscription with new optional technology features to help you maximise your ranking and visibility on the Future-Ready Marketplace™ platform. A range of pricing options will be made available then. 

Ranking Rules

To become ranked, a company must:

  1. Receive a Customer Expectation Score™ (the average of all scores received), of 6.5 or higher from at least 10 customers.
  2. Accept the legitimacy of customer scores.
  3. Consent to make their ranking public. (Companies give permission from their private platform)
