Published ranking scores range from 6.5 (minimum) to 10 (maximum). Some companies have already achieved ranked status, while others are progressing through the evaluation process. Rankings are updated continuously to reflect real-time performance and customer validation.

The Future-Ready Marketplace™ offers a level playing field  that provides equal opportunity for companies of any size because all companies are ranked using the same scoring system. Our Customer Expectations Score™ generates crucial new intelligence from customers on their future plans, enabling smarter collaboration and new levels of market opportunity. Company rankings drive growth, transparency, and trust from customers. 

First 30 days

The first 30 days is your free trial and setup period where you invite your first 5 customers to provide Customer Expectation Scores and you learn how to apply this new business intelligence from them. We provide support for you in this strategic process.

Supporting Technology Subscription

At the end of the 30 day setup period, your subscription is based on the number of customers you want scores from. You can increase the number of customers in stages should you wish to do so. Your subscription gives your company ongoing access to unique technology features that help you maximise your ranking and visibility on the Future-Ready Marketplace™ platform. Business enquiries from the platform are sent directly to your private platform.

Should you choose to do so, you can start adding new customers to your score using our online subscription. You can start this at any time during the first 30 days. It is a simple process conducted from your private platform. The price per added customer ranges from £5 to £15 per customer per month depending on the number added.

Ranking Rules

To become ranked, a company must:

  1. Receive a Customer Expectation Score™ (the average of all scores received), of 6.5 or higher from at least 10 customers.
  2. Accept the legitimacy of customer scores.
  3. Consent to make their ranking public. (Companies give permission from their private platform)
